TRM Corporation Reports Receipt of Noncompliance Notice From NASDAQ
PORTLAND, Ore., April 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TRM Corporation announced today that, on April 3, 2007, it received a NASDAQ Staff Determination notice that, due to the Company's delayed filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006, the Company was no longer in compliance with Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14). As a result, the Company's common stock is subject to possible delisting from The NASDAQ Global Market at the opening of business on April 12, 2007. In accordance with the procedures of The NASDAQ Stock Market, the Company has requested a hearing before a NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel to appeal its possible delisting. The Company's appeal to the Panel will automatically stay the delisting of its common stock pending the Panel's review and determination. There can be no assurance that the Panel will grant the Company's request for continued listing.
As previously disclosed, the Company was initially delayed in filing its Form 10-K because of the complexity of determining the appropriate accounting for the substantial modifications made to the Company's loan agreements in November 2006 and issues related to the proper financial presentation of the 2006 results of the four business segments accounting for over 45% of its total assets, which the Company sold in January 2007. While the Company has determined the appropriate accounting for the modifications to its loan agreements, the computation of the 2006 financial results of the recently sold business segments is still ongoing. Appellate Court Grants Stay, Vonage Continues to Operate as Usual
HOLMDEL, N.J., April 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vonage Holdings Corp. , a leading provider of broadband telephone service, today stated that it views the Court of Appeals' granting of a temporary stay on Friday allowing Vonage to continue to add customers as the first step toward resolving this matter in Vonage's favor. The SunPass Program of Florida's Turnpike Enterprise's call center operations in Boca Raton and Ocoee, Fla., handle more than 4 million customer telephone or e-mail inquiries per year. To become certified, the call center operations successfully passed a detailed audit of their recruiting, training, employee incentives, management roles and responsibilities, and quality assurance capabilities. As part of its evaluation, J.D. Power and Associates conducted a random survey of SunPass customers who recently contacted its call centers.

ANADIGICS and Kunshan New and Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone to Jointly Build a GaAs Wafer Fabrication Facility in China and Expected to Be Operational in the First Half of 2009
WARREN, N.J., April 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ANADIGICS, Inc. , a leading supplier of wireless and broadband communications solutions announced that it has entered into an Investment Contract with the Kunshan New and Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (KSND), to jointly construct a new state-of-the art 6" gallium arsenide (GaAs) integrated circuit (IC) wafer fabrication facility (fab) for ANADIGICS, Inc. in the city of Kunshan in the Jiangsu Province in China, for the purposes of expanding the ANADIGICS wafer fabrication capacity beyond its primary wafer fabrication located in Warren, NJ.
It is anticipated that ANADIGICS will invest in capital expenditures of approximately $10 million to $15 million over a two-year period commencing with the fourth quarter of 2007 through an initial production phase projected in the first quarter 2009. The total investment by ANADIGICS over the life- term of the facility, which could extend up to 50 years, is estimated at $49.88 million.
