Keane Settles Litigation With Former Executive Richard Garnick
SAN RAMON, Calif., June 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Keane Inc., a $1 billion-plus global services firm that specializes in enabling transformation of its clients' business and IT functions, today announced that it has reached an agreement with former Keane executive Richard Garnick to resolve their dispute regarding Mr. Garnick's departure from the Company and to dismiss the litigation between the parties.
The terms of the settlement are confidential. Mr. Garnick wishes his former colleagues at Keane well as the Company moves forward following its sale to Caritor, Inc. Keane appreciates Mr. Garnick's efforts during his tenure at Keane and wishes him well in future endeavors.
