BROOMFIELD, CO, May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mexoro Minerals Ltd (OTCBB:"MXOM") (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received an updated NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate, along with an NI 43-101 Technical Report, including an estimate of 1.1 million Measured and Indicated gold equivalent ounces and 0.02 Million Inferred gold equivalent ounces at its Cieneguita Project in Chihuahua State, Mexico. The estimate is based on the previous drilling results from 2008 and 2009 at the Cieneguita Project. The Cieneguita project is in commercial production under a joint venture between the Company and Minero Rio Tinto, a private Mexican company. The estimate includes 20,087,000 Measured and Indicated tonnes grading 1.54 g/t gold equivalent and 453,000 Inferred tonnes grading 1.47 g/t gold equivalent.
The estimate is based on drilling results of 17,833 meters of drilling in 90 holes, and outlines a mineralized zone containing potentially economic gold, silver and base metal sulfide resources over a strike length of 1000 meters by 300 meters in width, and to a depth of approximately 250 meters from the crest of the hill which hosts the mineralization.

In the recently completed Technical Report by Douglas R. Wood, Licensed Professional Geologist, Utah #5557261, Dana C. Durgin, Certified Professional Geologist #10364, Eugene J. Puritch, P. Eng and Antoine Yassa, P. Geo., an NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate was carried out by Puritch and Yassa of P & E Mining Consultants Inc., using inverse distance grade estimation and a geologic model developed from data from the Company's drill programs, except for 6 holes from which assays are still pending. The current calculation uses a 0.8 g/t gold equivalent cutoff, which is considered to be somewhat conservative compared to the average of cutoffs used for resource calculations for similar deposits in the region.
Potential increases to the number of estimated resource ounces could result from a number of additional sources, including:
- the 6 holes for which assays are still pending could represent additional mineralization containing additional resources - the mineralized area is open to the north and west, and additional drilling in that quadrant could result in increases to the resource estimate - drill spacing in a portion of the mineralized area is on 80 meter centers, and in-fill drilling in that area could also result in increases to the resource estimate and classification. - a lower cutoff grade demonstrated by recent historic operating costs and parameters could also result in increases to the resource estimate - changes in assumptions or estimates of the pit wall slopes, pit design, mining dilution, and metals recoveries all could generate additional resources in the estimate.

KENNETT SQUARE, Pa., May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Exelon Power will retire two suburban Philadelphia electric generating units earlier than previously announced, as a result of a revised analysis by PJM Interconnection, the regional transmission organization.
PJM informed Exelon Power that transmission system upgrades, necessary to allow two aging fossil-fuel generating units to retire, can be completed sooner than their original analysis indicated.
PJM has determined that Cromby Generating Station Unit 2 is needed to remain in operation until Dec. 31, 2011, and Eddystone Generating Station Unit 2 is needed to remain in operation until Dec. 31, 2012, to support transmission system reliability.
Previously, PJM indicated that it needed Cromby Generating Station Unit 2 to remain in operation through May 31, 2012, and Eddystone Generating Station Unit 2 through Dec. 31, 2013.
While it originally announced on Dec. 2, 2009 that the two units would retire for economic reasons, Exelon Power has agreed to extend their operation through the timeframe defined by PJM for system reliability reasons.

ANALYSE DU CHIFFRE D'AFFAIRES DU 3ème TRIMESTRE
Note : sauf indication contraire, tous les chiffres de croissance sont exprimés par rapport au troisième trimestre clos le 31 mars 2009. Les contributions de chaque application au chiffre d'affaires du Groupe sont calculées hors << Autres revenus >>.
L'excellente performance commerciale enregistrée dans toutes les applications a bénéficié du plein effet, sur le trimestre, des nouvelles capacités entrées en service depuis février 2009. Cette première partie de l'important programme de renouvellement et d'expansion de ressources qu'Eutelsat conduit actuellement a permis de mettre en service cinq nouveaux satellites et d'en redéployer en orbite six autres. Attribuées à la sécurisation de notre position phare de télédiffusion HOT BIRD(TM) et à la consolidation et au développement de cinq autres positions orbitales sur l'Europe, le Moyen-Orient et l'Afrique, ces ressources additionnelles ont également accru la flexibilité d'ensemble de la flotte.
APPLICATIONS VIDEO (71,1% du chiffre d'affaires)
La forte progression du chiffre d'affaires (+10,0%) enregistrée par les Applications Vidéo a été tirée par les éléments suivants :
- L'essor commercial des opérateurs Nilesat et Noorsat, sur les marchés de la télévision numérique en Afrique du Nord et au Moyen-Orient, que le Groupe a accompagné avec la mise en service du satellite ATLANTIC BIRD(TM) 4A à la position 7degrés Ouest ;
- l'activation de nouveaux contrats sur les marchés de la télévision numérique en Russie et en Afrique sub-saharienne à la suite de l'entrée en service, à la position 36degrés Est, du satellite W7 lancé en novembre 2009. On citera en particulier les contrats signés avec Intersputnik, pour la diffusion en Russie des bouquets NTV Plus et Tricolor, et avec MultiChoice Africa, pour la diffusion de DsTV, le premier bouquet de télévision payante en Afrique sub-saharienne ;
- l'expansion continue de la position 9degrés Est en couverture de l'Europe jusqu'à l'Oural, avec la location de capacités supplémentaires par des opérateurs comme Arqiva (Royaume-Uni), Telefonica (Espagne) et Channel One (Russie) ;
- la progression continue (+ 69,0%) du nombre de chaînes haute définition (TVHD) transportées par les satellites du Groupe. Ce nombre est passé de 71 TVHD à 120 TVHD au cours des douze derniers mois ;
Au total, le nombre de chaînes de télévision transportées par Eutelsat s'établissait à 3 539, en progression de 12,3% sur les douze derniers mois.
Services de Données et à Valeur Ajoutée (19,5% du chiffre d'affaires)
Les Services de Données et à Valeur Ajoutée affichent une très forte augmentation de leur chiffre d'affaires, de 22,8% au cours du trimestre, grâce à l'entrée en service du satellite W2A en mai 2009 et de celle de W7. L'excellente couverture de ces deux satellites sur l'Afrique et le Moyen-Orient a permis de renforcer la position d'Eutelsat sur des marchés qui enregistrent une demande très soutenue de capacité satellitaire pour des services professionnels de télécommunications et de haut-débit. La progression des ventes au cours du trimestre reflète ainsi principalement :
- Une demande soutenue en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient pour des services de réseaux d'entreprises, d'interconnexion de réseaux GSM et de raccordement à la dorsale Internet des plates-formes des fournisseurs d'accès situés à l'écart des réseaux de fibre optique ;
- l'augmentation du trafic sur la base installée des terminaux D-STAR déployés en Europe, au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique pour connecter au haut débit des entreprises et collectivités locales situées à l'écart de l'ADSL, ainsi que le déploiement de nouveaux terminaux à bord de ferries pour assurer leur connexion aux réseaux GSM et à l'Internet ;
- le déploiement du service à haut-débit pour le grand public Tooway(TM) : ce service est maintenant commercialisé par 59 distributeurs dans 27 pays. Le développement de ce réseau de distribution a pour objectif de préparer l'arrivée début 2011 du satellite KA-SAT qui permettra à Eutelsat d'offrir à très grande échelle des services d'accès au haut débit pour le grand public.
SERVICES MULTIUSAGES (9,4% du chiffre d'affaires)
Les Services Multiusages (+ 27,5%) ont continué à bénéficier de la vigueur de la demande en provenance des administrations gouvernementales, en particulier pour desservir certaines régions en Asie centrale et au Moyen-Orient.
Les autres revenus (1,6 million d'euros) comprennent un produit non-récurrent de 0,9 million d'euros correspondant au versement de pénalités de retard sur la livraison du satellite W7.
EVOLUTION DE LA SITUATION FINANCIERE
Le 19 mars 2010, Eutelsat SA, dont Eutelsat Communications détient 96%, a annoncé qu'elle avait réussi le refinancement de toutes ses lignes de crédit pour un total de 1,3 milliard d'euros, qui seraient arrivées à échéance en novembre 2011. Le schéma de cette opération était le suivant :
- l'émission d'obligations senior non assorties de sÃ»retés à 7 ans, avec un coupon de 4,125% pour un montant total de 850 millions d'euros ; et
- la signature d'un nouveau contrat de crédit senior renouvelable non assorti de sÃ»retés, ayant une maturité de 5 ans, pour un montant total de 450 millions d'euros.
A fin mars 2010, la dette d'Eutelsat SA a été entièrement annulée et remboursée avec le produit de l'émission obligataire. Ces opérations de refinancement ont permis au Groupe Eutelsat Communications d'allonger la maturité moyenne de sa dette de 2,7 ans au 31 décembre 2009, à 5,3 ans au 31 mars 2010.
La notation du groupe Eutelsat est inchangée : BBB- chez S&P et Baa3 chez Moody's.
ictQatar, représentant l'état du Qatar, et Eutelsat Communications, ont annoncé aujourd'hui la signature d'un partenariat stratégique portant sur un accord de financement et d'exploitation conjoints d'un nouveau satellite de grande capacité qui sera localisé à la position orbitale d'Eutelsat 25,5degrésEst. Cette position, exploitée de longue date par Eutelsat, est aujourd'hui l'une des deux positions orbitales phares des marchés en plein essor de l'Afrique du Nord et du Moyen-Orient.
Programmé pour un lancement fin 2012, ce nouveau satellite viendra significativement accroître les services exploités à 25,5degrés Est. Prenant le relais du satellite EUROBIRD(TM) 2 d'Eutelsat, en opération actuellement à cette position orbitale, il en assurera la continuité à travers une couverture élargie sur le Moyen-Orient, l'Afrique du Nord et l'Asie centrale. Une capacité additionnelle en bande Ku sera en parallèle exploitée par ictQatar. Enfin, ce nouveau satellite viendra doter cette position orbitale de premières ressources en bande Ka, permettant aux deux parties de saisir de nouvelles opportunités de développement.
Eutelsat et ictQatar devraient attribuer la commande de ce satellite mi-2010, pour un lancement fin 2012. Ce programme est inclus dans le plan d'investissements industriels communiqué aux marchés par le Groupe Eutelsat Communications pour la période 2009-2012.
CHIFFRE D'AFFAIRES DES NEUF MOIS CLOS ET PERSPECTIVES 2009-2010
A 776,3 millions d'euros, le chiffre d'affaires des neuf premiers mois de l'exercice 2009-2010 est en hausse de 10,9% par rapport à la mÃªme période de l'an passé. Tenant compte de la qualité de ces performances commerciales, le Groupe porte son objectif de chiffre d'affaires pour l'année 2009-2010 de plus 1 020 millions d'euros à plus de 1 035 millions d'euros.
Le Groupe communiquera une mise à jour de ses perspectives à moyen-terme à l'occasion de l'annonce des résultats de l'exercice 2009-2010, le 29 juillet prochain.

THIRD QUARTER REVENUE ANALYSIS
Note: Unless otherwise stated, all growth indicators or comparisons are made against the third quarter of the previous fiscal year ended March 31, 2009. The share of each application as a percentage of total revenues is calculated excluding "Other revenues".
The excellent sales performance achieved across all applications reflects the execution of the first phase of Eutelsat's significant in-orbit expansion programme, which has been marked since February 2009 by the entry into service of five new satellites and the redeployment of six existing satellites. Designed to increase in-orbit security at the Group's flagship HOT BIRD(TM) neighbourhood, and to consolidate five other orbital positions serving Europe, the Middle East and Africa, these additional resources have also raised the overall flexibility of the fleet.
VIDEO APPLICATIONS (71.1% of revenues)
The robust revenue growth (+10.0%) registered by Video Applications was driven by:
- Strong commercial momentum from Nilesat and Noorsat at 7 degrees West following the deployment of ATLANTIC BIRD(TM) 4A to support expansion of digital broadcasting over North Africa and the Middle East; - the activation of new contracts for broadcasting markets in Russia and sub-Saharan Africa following the entry into service of the W7 satellite at 36degrees East after its launch in November 2009. Contracts include Intersputnik in Russia for the NTV Plus and Tricolor pay-TV platforms, and MultiChoice Africa for its DsTV pay-TV platform, the leading platform in sub-Saharan African; - further development of the 9degrees East neighbourhood which covers Europe up to the Urals, with additional capacity leased by operators including Arqiva (United Kingdom), Telefonica (Spain) and the broadcaster Channel One (Russia); - continued take-up of HDTV channels carried by the Group's satellites, passing from 71 to 120 (+69.0%) over the last 12 months.
At March 31, 2010, Eutelsat's satellites were carrying 3,539 channels, marking an increase of 12.3% during the last 12 months.
DATA and VALUE-ADDED SERVICES (19.5% of revenues)
Revenue from Data and Value-Added Services grew significantly, +22.8% during the quarter. This robust growth was sustained by the full commercial availability of W2A from May 2009, and of W7. The strong coverage of Africa and the Middle East provided by both satellites has notably strengthened the Group's position in markets experiencing high demand for satellite resources for telecom and broadband services. Quarterly highlights include:
- Strong capacity demand for corporate networks, GSM backhauling and IP backbone connectivity, in particular in regions \ in Africa and the Middle East beyond the reach of fibre; - increased traffic through the installed base of D-STAR terminals deployed on Europe, Middle East and Africa for professional broadband connectivity, and the deployment of new terminals on ferry boats for on-board Internet and GSM access; - continued roll-out of the Tooway(TM) consumer broadband service, which is now offered through a network of 59 distributors in 27 countries. The distribution network being put in place for Tooway(TM) marks the first phase of pan-European deployment of consumer satellite broadband in advance of the entry into service of the KA-SAT satellite in early 2011. MULTI-USAGE (9.4% of revenues)
Multi-usage services (up 27.5%) continued to benefit from strong demand from governments, notably to serve regions in Central Asia and the Middle East.
The EUR1.6 million of other revenues included a one-off amount of EUR0.9 million for late delivery penalties related to the W7 satellite.
FINANCIAL SITUATION UPDATE
On March 19, 2010, Eutelsat S.A., 96% owned by Eutelsat Communications, announced that it had successfully refinanced all existing credit agreements for a total of EUR1.3 billion which were due in November 2011. This was achieved through:
- A 7-year senior unsecured bond issue with a 4.125% coupon for a total of EUR850 million; and - The conclusion of a 5-year new senior unsecured revolving credit facility for a total of EUR450 million.
At the end of March 2010, Eutelsat S.A.'s debt was fully cancelled and reimbursed with the bond proceeds. This refinancing has allowed Eutelsat Communications Group to extend the maturity of its financing from 2.7 years as of December 31, 2009 to 5.3 years as of March 31, 2010.
Eutelsat Group's credit rating is unchanged at BBB- rating from S&P and Baa3 from Moody's.
ictQATAR (representing the State of Qatar) and Eutelsat Communications announced today the signing of a partnership agreement to invest in and operate a new high-capacity satellite at Eutelsat's 25.5degrees East location, one of the two longstanding and anchored neighbourhoods serving fast-growing markets in the Middle East and North Africa regions.
To be launched at the end of 2012, the new satellite will provide both a significantly expanded mission and superior coverage and power across the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia to follow-on from Eutelsat's EUROBIRD(TM) 2 satellite, which is currently operated at 25.5 degrees East. In addition to securing Ku-band continuity for Eutelsat, and additional Ku-band resources for ictQATAR, it will initiate a Ka-band capability opening business opportunities for both parties.
Eutelsat and ictQatar are scheduled to place the order for the new satellite by the middle of 2010, with launch in late 2012. This programme is part of the capital expenditure plan communicated by Eutelsat Communications for the period 2009-2012.
YEAR-TO-DATE REVENUE (9 months ending March 31, 2010) AND 2009-2010 OUTLOOK
At EUR776.3 million, year-to-date revenues were up 10.9% compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year. On the basis of its strong commercial performance over the last nine months, the Group is revising upwards its full year 2009-2010 revenue guidance to more than EUR1,035 million compared to the previous objective of above EUR1,020 million.

CyberPatriot is entering its second year as a national program and is expanding rapidly because of its unique model. TORONTO, May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Galway Resources Ltd. (GWY: TSX-V) is pleased to announce that it has received assay results for drill holes GWY-08, GWY-09 and approximately half of GWY-10 in the first phase of its diamond drill exploration program on its Pie de Gallo property in the California district of Colombia. Of note is that drill hole GWY-10 intercepted 89.0 meters (m) grading 3.2 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au), including 9.0 m of 23.1 g/t Au, and including 3.0 m of 50.0 g/t Au, plus 383 g/t silver (Ag), 1.4% copper (Cu) and 8.0% zinc (Zn). Galway has received assay results for the first 130 m of GWY-10. Assay results for the remaining 120 m are pending. As Figure 1 (http://www.galwayresources.com/i/pdf/2010-05-10_NRM.pdf) shows, GWY-10 was drilled at a 65 degree angle, and therefore undercut GWY-09, which was drilled at a 50 degree angle from the same drill pad and with the same azimuth as GWY-10. GWY-09 returned 22.5 m grading 2.0 g/t Au, including 3.0 m of 7.0 g/t Au. Mineralization identified in GWY-09 and GWY-10, as well as GWY-07 is located in close proximity to previously reported high grade channel and chip sample results in the Pie de Gallo open pit such as 28m of 16.6 g/t Au, including 2m of 118.3 g/t Au. Importantly, Galway has now completed GWY-11 and GWY-12, which are located 260 meters on trend to the northeast of GWY-10. These holes returned approximately 50 meters and 60 meters, respectively, of similar massive silica with zones of advanced argillic and vuggy silica alteration, iron oxides on joints, breccia with matrix of black silica and fine grained pyrite as encountered in GWY-10. While we have seen this type of host rock that did not contain significant quantities of gold, we are encouraged about the potential for these holes. Assays are pending for GWY-11 and GWY-12. Galway is now drilling GWY-13 from the same drill pad as GWY-12. Both are being drilled in a due south direction, but GWY-13 is drilled at a 62 degree angle whereas GWY-12 was drilled at a 51 degree angle.
Another hole, GWY-14, which is currently in progress by a recently-mobilized second drill, is located beyond the southwestern edge of the Pie de Gallo open pit to test high grade structures identified in the San Celestino (El Dorado) mine. This drill hole is testing structures located 200 meters to the southwest of, and on trend with the open pit. Previously reported channel sample highlights from the San Celestino mine included 19 m grading 40.7 g/t Au and 752.4 g/t Ag over a true thickness of 7.1 m. Refer to Galway's March 5, 2010 press release for details. Galway currently has two drill rigs operating on its California properties, with a third drill scheduled to arrive within the next month.
Mineralization is easily recognizable as silicification/quartz veins in argillized Precambrian gneissic host rock. Veining is generally running east-west and northwest-southeast, which is oblique to the major northeast-southwest trend in the district, and generally dipping steeply north. Mineralization remains open in all directions.

In compliance with National Instrument 43-101, Mr. Mike Sutton, P.Geo., is the Qualified Person responsible for the accuracy of this news release. Produced by Gary Sanchez Productions, the production company led by Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Chris Henchy, this multi-camera sitcom for COMEDY CENTRAL tells the story of a young man (played by Chris Gethard) who won't let anything get in the way of his big dreams, even if it means losing his job and having to move back in with his parents and sleep on their couch. With the help of his friends, an ex-convict, played by Horatio Sanz ("Saturday Night Live") and a burned-out high-school teacher played by Chris Parnell ("30 Rock"), the trio plan a myriad of well-intentioned schemes to save their hometown, Big Lake. Invariably these plans don't come to fruition and the gang is forced to go back to the drawing board.
