The HT46RU75D-1 is a new addition to Holtek’s range of Dual Slope A/D Type MCUs. In meeting with industrial specifications, with an OTP Partial Lock function as well as many other additional features, the device will find excellent use in bridge type sensor measurement applications. These applications could include those that are used to measure pressure, temperature or humidity etc. Products could include scales, tyre pressure gauges, pressure measurement devices, thermometers and humidity meters etc.

The an 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller device specifically designed for A/D with LCD applications that interface directly to analog signals, such as those from sensors. The advantages of low power consumption, I/O flexibility, timer functions, oscillator options, Dual slope A/D converter, LCD display, UART function, HALT and wake-up functions, watchdog timer, as well as low cost, provide the flexibility to suit a wide range of AD with LCD application possibilities such as sensor signal processing, scales, consumer products, subsystem controllers, etc.
Pin Name PA6/INT PA7 I/O Options Description Bidirectional 8-bit input/output port. Each individual pin on this port can be configured as a wake-up input by a configuration option. Software instructions determine if the pin is a CMOS output or Schmitt trigger input. Configuration options determine which pins on this port have pull-high resistors. The BZ/BZ, PFD, TMR0/TMR1 and INT pins are shared with PA3, PA4/5, and PA6, respectively. Bi-directional 8-bit input/output port. OSC1, OSC2 are connected to an external RC network or crystal for the Crystal or RC internal system clock.
