Description

TRACO Power TPP 40 40W and TPP 65 65W AC/DC power supplies feature a reinforced double I/O isolation system that meets the latest medical safety standards (60601-3 3rd edition, 2 x MOPP). The high efficiency (up to 92% for TPP 40 and up to 93.5% for TPP 65) of these TRACO Power devices allows a high power density for the standard 2.44" x 3.0" packaging format. TPP 40 features a 40C to +70C full load operating temperature range and TPP 65 offers a full load range of 40C to +60C. These devices go up to +85C with 50% load derating (for single output models). TPP 40 and TPP 65 offer active power factor correction and high reliability. Applications include medical devices and demanding safety and space-critical applications.

The TPP 40 Series of 40 Watt AC/DC power supplies feature a reinforced double I/O isolation system according to latest medical safety standards (60601-1 3rd edition, 2 x MOPP). The earth leakage current is below 75 A what makes the units suitable for BF (body floating) applications. The excellent efficiency to 92% allows a high power density for the standard x 3.0" packaging format. The full load operating temperature range to +70C while it goes to 85C with 50% load derating (for single output models). They come with an active power factor correction and the EMC characteristic is dedicated for applications in industrial and domestic fields. High reliability is provided by use of industrial quality grade components and an excellent thermal management. It makes the products an ideal solution for medical devices and for demanding safety and space critical applications.
