IXYS IX9907 High Voltage Dimmable LED Drivers are a quasi-resonant controller optimized for phase-cut dimmable and off-line LED applications. These drivers provide PFC control and have more than 98% power factor and more than 90% of efficiency. These drivers include an internal 650V power MOSFET and has a wide operating voltage range. The IX9907 is available in a standard 8-pin SOIC package. With its strong feature set and low cost, the IX9907 is an excellent choice for quasi-resonant and offline flyback LED bulb designs.

Description

The is a quasi-resonant controller optimized for phase-cut dimmable, off-line LED applications. Precise PWM generation supports phase-cut dimming and power factor correction. The IX9907 incorporates an internal 650V power MOSFET. It has a wide voltage operating range and low power consumption. Multiple safety features ensure full system protection under fault conditions. With its strong feature set and low cost, the is an excellent choice for quasi-resonant, off-line flyback LED bulb designs. The IX9907 is available in a standard 8-pin SOIC package.
