DescriptionBourns Model 2003 Series surface mount Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) are 2-electrode GDTs designed for use in applications that may be exposed to lightning or other transients. The compact light duty GDT offers a maximum 2kA, 8/20Ásec peak pulse current rating, fast response times, and stable performance over its extended life. The components feature extremely low capacitance and insertion loss, making it an ideal overvoltage protector for high-speed telecom Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) or industrial communications applications. Bourns Model 2003 Series gas discharge tubes are RoHS compliant.
