DESCRIPTION The 74HC1GU04 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device. The 74HC1GU04 provides the inverting single stage function. The standard output currents are 1/2 compared to the 74HCU04. PD = CPD × VCC2 × fi + (CL × VCC2 × fo) where: fi = input frequency in MHz; fo = output frequency in MHz; CL = output load capacitance in pF; VCC = supply voltage in V; (CL × VCC2 × fo) = sum of outputs. 2.
