1. All voltage val ues, except differential voltage, are wi th respect to the zero reference level (ground) of t he supply v oltages where the zero reference level is the midpoint between VCC+ and VCC. 2. Differential v oltages are at the non-inverting input t erminal with respect to the inverting input te rminal. 3. The magnitude of the input voltage must never exceed the magnitude of the supply voltage or 15 volt s, whichever is le ss. 4. The output m ay be shorted to ground or to either supply. Temperature and /or supply v oltages must be limited to ensure that the dissipation rating is not exceeded.
