S-29453A
The S-29453A Series is high speed, low power 8K-bit serial E2PROM with a wide operating voltage range. It is organized as 512-word16-bit. It is capable of sequential read, where addresses are automatically incremented in 16-bit blocks. The instruction code is compatible with the M6M800X1 Series.
