User Interface
T h e time needed to set up the first measurement is minimised based on intuitive and easyto - l e a rn interfaces. The "N4902B SerialBERT 7 Gbps" User Interface is easily fitted to a variety of applications. In addition, the optimized measurement suite guarantees an immediate return on investment. The User Interface provides the following functions: · Patter Generator Setup · Erro r Setup Analyser / Detector · Pattern Editor · Measurement Results By utilizing network capabilities, N4902B SerialBERT is remote controllable via LAN. G P I B is available for MS Windows, Unix or Linux operating systems. Test executives can contro l the system by using National Instruments' LabVIEW, Agilent TestExec, and Microsoft ® Excel or Visual Basic. Examples for Results Screens The Generator Pattern Editor allows simple access to timing & level parameters, as seen below.
