The ADA4004-4 is a 2nV/√Hz, precision, quad, amplifier in a 16mmČ LFCSP package featuring 40”V offset, 0.7”V/șC drift, 12MHz bandwidth and 1.7mA/amp supply current.
The ADA4004-4 is designed on the iPolar process which reduces noise and power while improving stability and shrinking the package size. iPolar, combined with advanced design techniques, enable the ADA4004-4 to achieve 2nV/√Hz voltage noise density, a 6Hz 1/f noise corner frequency and 1.7mA/amp in an LFCSP package. The small footprint is intended to save board space, reduce cost and improve layout flexibility in practically any application that also requires 30V supplies and precision performance at extended industrial system temperatures (-40˚C to +125˚C).
