GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADCMP370/ADCMP371 are general purpose comparators with input offset voltages of 6mV (max). High performance over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range make them suitable for use in automotive and other thermally harsh applications, while low power consumption and space efficient SC70 packaging make them ideal for battery powered portable equipment. The ADCMP371 has a push-pull output stage, while the ADCMP370 has an open-drain output, which can be pulled as high as 22V through an external resistor.

ESD CAUTION
ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive device. Electrostatic charges as high as 4000 V readily accumulate on the human body and test equipment and can discharge without detection. Although this product features proprietary ESD protection circuitry, permanent damage may occur on devices subjected to high energy electrostatic discharges. Therefore, proper ESD precautions are recommended to avoid performance degradation or loss of functionality.
