INTELLIGENT HIGH VOLTAGE DEVICE CONTROLLER
Overview
The VERSA HV100 and the VERSA HV300 are fully integrated, 8051 based MCUs with high voltage/current open drain outputs with breakdown voltages of 100V and 300V respectively. Based on the VERSA MIX, this product has been designed for applications that require intelligent software control of high voltage/current devices. The VERSA HV is also equipped with a 4-channel A/D converter and 2 PWM D/As, making it ideal for data acquisition and control loop applications. Additionally, a number of on-chip communication interfaces (enhanced SPI, a I˛C, two UARTs, differential RS-485 transceiver) allow for networked control applications.
