OUTLINE
The C7077 consists of a 4-inch diameter gated X-ray image intensifier (X-ray I.I.), a relay lens and a gating power supply. Since the X-ray I.I. itself has gating function, it is possible to get still images of moving objects just with the control by external trigger signal. Therefore, it does not require a pulsed X-ray source, but an conventional X-ray source can be used. In addition, the required trigger signal is a TTL level pulse, which can be easily prepared.
