General Description
The HT47C20L is an 8-bit high performance RISC-like m i c r o c o n t r o l l e r. I t s s i n g l e c y c l e i n s t r u c t i o n a n d two-stage pipeline architecture make high speed applications. The device is suited for use in multiple LCD low power applications among which are calculators, clock timers, games, scales, toys, thermometers, hygrometers, body thermometers, capacitor scaler, other hand held LCD products, and battery system in particular.
