GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ICSI IS80C51 and IS80C31 are high-performance m i c r o c o n t r o l l e r fabricated using high-density CMOS t e c h n o l o g y . The CMOS IS80C51/31 is functionally c o m p a t i b l e with the industry standard 80C51/31 microcontrollers. The IS80C51/31 is designed with 4K x 8 ROM (IS80C51 only); 128 x 8 RAM; 32 programmable I/O lines; a serial I/ O port for either multiprocessor communications, I/O expansion or full duplex UART; two 16-bit timer/counters; an six-source, two-priority-level, nested interrupt structure; and an on-chip oscillator and clock circuit. The IS80C51/31 can be expanded using standard TTL compatible memory.
