DESCRIPTION:
The QS3162209 provides a set of 18 high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus-exchange switches. This device operates as an 18-bit bus switch or a 9-bit bus exchanger, which provides data exchanging between the four signal ports through the data-select (S0-S2) terminals. The QS3162209 adds an internal 25 series termination resistor to reduce reflection noise in high speed applications The QS3162209 is characterized for operation at -40°C to +85°C.
