IDTQS316292
DESCRIPTION:
The QS316292 is a high-speed CMOS12-bit 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer switch with a 500 resistor termination to GND on the demultiplexer side to eliminate floating nodes. The low ON resistance of the QS316292 allows inputs to be connected to outputs without adding propagation delay and without generating additional ground bounce noise. The QS316292 is characterized for operation at -40°C to +85°C.
