128 MByte (16M x 64 / 72) SDRAM Low Profile Unbuffered 168 Pin DIMM
General Description:
This memory module is a high performance 128 Megabyte Unbuffered synchronous dynamic RAM module organized as 16M x 64 in a 168 pin Dual In-Line Memory Module (DIMM) package in two Banks. The module utilizes sixteen (16) 2Mx4X8 SDRAM (64ms Refresh) devices in a TSOP II 400 mil package. Also available with ECC option as 16M X 72 in a DIMM package that utilizes eighteen (18) 4Mx4X8 SDRAM devices. A 256 Byte Serial EEPROM contains the module configuration information. The EEPROM can be configured to a customer's specifications. These modules offer substantial advances in DRAM operating performance, including the ability to synchronously burst data at a high rate with automatic column-address generation, interleave between internal banks in order to hide precharge time, and the capability to randomly change column address on each clock cycle during burst.
