General Description
The COP888CF ROM based microcontrollers are highly integrated COP8TM Feature core devices with 4k memory and advanced features including an A/D Converter. These singlechip CMOS devices are suited for applications requiring a full featured controller with an 8-bit A/D converter. Pin and software compatible (different VCC range) 16k/32k OTP (One Time Programmable) versions are available (COP87L88CF Family) for pre-production, and for use with a range of COP8 software and hardware development tools.
