DESCRIPTION The TL1431 is a programmable shunt voltage reference wit h guaranteed t emperature st ability over the entire temperature range of operation. The output voltage may be set t o any value between 2.5V and 36V with tw o ext ernal resistors. The TL1431 operates wit h a wide current range from 1 to 100mA w ith a typical dynamic impedance of 0.2. ORDER CODE
