Our QED 110 is a new generation of surface mountable digitally temperature controlled crystal oscillator. The main specifications are the very low consumption, the high stability and the small size. We can propose a large range of frequency from 1.25 to 110 MHz with MOS output and frequency stability versus temperature of ±0.4 ppm. Available in 3.3 V or 5V over a wide temperature range, this model presents optimized phase noise similar to analog devices. It offers the best compromise in cost and performance and this model is easily customized following your request.
