1. Outline and Characteristics The TMP90P800 is a system evaluation LSI having a built in One-Time PROM for TMP90C400/800. A programming and verification for internal PROM is

achieved by using a general EPROM programmer with an adapter socket. The function of this device is exactly same as the TMP90C400 by programming to the internal PROM. The differences between TMP90P800 and TMP90C400 are the memory size (ROM/RAM). The following are the memory map of TMP90P800 and TMP90C400.
The TMP90P800N is in a Shrink Dual Inline Package (SDIP64-P-750).
The TMP90P800F is in a Quad Flat Package (QFP64-P1420A).
