1. Outline and Characteristics The TMP90PH02 is a system evaluation LSI having a built in One-Time PROM for TMP90CH02. A programming and verification for internal PROM is

achieved by using a general EPROM programmer with an adapter socket. The function of this device is exactly same as the TMP90CH02 and TMP90C802A by programming to the internal PROM. The differenes between TMP90PH02 and TMP90C802A are the internal RAM size, and the internal PROM size. The following are the memory map of TMP90PH02 and TMP90C802A.
