Agrees that registration is valid for a single user. The Member must not transmit to any other party access to the Member's area databases such as user ID and (or) Password.

Shall not disseminate, distribute or publish the Databases over network or any other form.

Agrees that he may not use automatic programs to create a database by systematically downloading the content of DigChip database.

Understands and agrees that the Member will not, without the prior written consent of the supplier or provider of any Confidential Information.

DigChip makes no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, usability, results, or any other characteristic, including, the performance, security, capability or profitability related to a Member's use of the database.

DigChip is not and will not be liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, late, corrupted, misdirected, failed, inaccurate, incomplete or delayed transmissions of data, information or materials on or through the database.

The Member is solely responsible for the performance and condition of, and is solely responsible for any damage to or loss of, its hardware, software and network systems and its connection to and ability to access databases.

THE DATABASES OR ANY OTHER RELATED SERVICES PROVIDED BY DIGCHIP ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
